After calling two other ophthalmologists and not being able to get an appointment within 48 hours, I was so pleased when the sweet lady on the other end of the phone, without question, told me to come right in. I’m not gonna say I didn’t wait a little bit after I got there, but they worked me in as soon as they were able…and they didn’t treat me like an inconvenience. I gained so much knowledge in my short time here and even though I expected to be gouged for that emergency appointment, my visit was just $50. “I walked in to Spectrum to just pick up my son in law’s new safety glasses. I looked around for a moment and noticed some nice glasses I was interested in. I had no appointment but I asked the receptionist if I could be seen today. She said that they were fully booked and that maybe they could make me an appointment for this week. I asked her if there was any way they could squeeze me in today and she said it didn’t look good. I told her that would be fine but if there was some way she could get me in today I would be really happy. Luckily they made time for me and I am so happy with the glasses I picked out and the people that work there were great. The doctor was was patient and answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. It’s nice to walk into a eyeglass office and not have to worry about being pushed to buy what they want you to or to be pushed on an upsell. I love this place and they have a patient for as long as they are around. Jeannie helped me with my glasses and she was so nice and friendly yet professional. Everyone I came in contact with gets five stars!!”
